Our first Weimaraner, Shadow was not a show dog, but he was a very
enthusiastic dog, who was trained to a very high standard. In his life
Shadow experienced tracking, obedience, and agility, and he loved to do
those things. He was a
fantastic agility dog, winning out of Elementary in his first full
competetive agility season at the age of 7.
Shadow was always a gentleman with children, and often you could find
the visiting kids asleep on him. When he had enough, he just gently got
up, and moved away. He won the hearts of
everyone who met him and is sorely missed. He died in 2006 , aged 12.
Till we meet again, the pain of missing him will never heal.
